Payment and delivery
Payment methods
You can choose to pay by direct debit, credit card or Paypal. After the first completed order, we also allow you to pay on account upon request.
As this is a B2B shop, all prices are shown net and the value added tax is only listed in the purchase transaction.
Delivery area
We can only deliver to addresses in the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the UK.
Shipping costs for the different delivery areas are indicated in the tables below.

Partial delivery
Subsequent delivery is free of charge if we choose to send partial deliveries.
Delivery period
Unless otherwise indicated, delivery within Germany takes between 1 and 2 working days for orders placed by 3 pm on a working day.
For any items ordered via phone or in any other way, the delivery period is indicated on the order confirmation.
Shipping partners
Our shipping partner for regular consignments is DPD.
Delivery to a DHL Packstation is therefore not possible.
However, DPD provides for the option to have a consignment delivered to a DPD parcel shop.
Any shipments that cannot be sent using DPD due to their weight or dimensions are automatically sent as freight shipments.
Pallet deliveries are covered by our high-performance freight forwarder DHL. |
