Cancellation PolicyYou have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without the need to state any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day when you or a third party authorized by you, other than the carrier, have or has taken over the goods.

to inform us about your decision to cancel this contract (e. g. in a letter sent by mail, telefax or email). You may use the provided cancellation template, however, this is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, you only need to send off the message regarding your wish to exercise your cancellation right before the end of the cancellation period.
Consequences of the cancellationIf you choose to cancel this contract, we are obliged to refund any payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs that result from your selection of a mode of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us) immediately and no later than within fourteen days from the day we received notice regarding your cancellation of this contract. For such a refund we are going to use the same payment method that you used for your original payment, unless otherwise explicitly agreed upon with you. Under no circumstances are we going to charge you any fees for such a refund. We reserve the right to refuse repayment until the goods have been returned to us or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must send back or hand over the goods immediately and under no circumstances later than within fourteen days from the date on which you informed us about your decision to cancel the contract. In order to comply with this deadline, you only need to send off the goods within the period of fourteen days. The direct costs for sending back the goods shall be borne by you.
You will only have to compensate us for a possible loss of value of the goods if such a loss of value can be attributed to handling that is not necessary for checking the goods’ quality, characteristics and functionality.
